Allowances and the 15% increase
On top of base pay, AFP personnel receive PERA (₱2,000/month), a subsistence allowance raised to roughly ₱350/day under EO 107, plus hazard, longevity, quarters and clothing allowances. EO 107 lifts base pay by 15% over three tranches, so the 2026 figures rise again in 2027 and 2028.
