Enlisted personnel share the same MUP Base Pay Schedule. Candidate Soldiers in training receive ₱19,516; entry after training is the Private rank, and the enlisted ceiling is First Chief Master Sergeant.

Allowances and the EO 107 increase
On top of base pay, AFP personnel receive PERA (₱2,000/month), a subsistence allowance of ₱350/day, plus hazard, longevity, quarters and clothing allowances. EO 107 lifts base pay by about 15% over three tranches: a Private's base pay goes from ₱31,151 in 2026 to ₱32,634 on 1 January 2027 and ₱34,119 on 1 January 2028.
