AFP Salary 2026: Private to General

An AFP (Philippine Army) Private earns ₱31,151 per month in base pay in 2026 — up from ₱29,668 in 2025 under Executive Order No. 107 (s. 2025), which grants military and uniformed personnel (MUP) a 15% base-pay increase across three tranches through 2028. The highest rank, General, earns ₱157,274 per month. AFP pay follows the MUP Base Pay Schedule — not the civilian Salary Standardization Law — plus hazard pay, combat duty pay, and other allowances.
