Government dentist salary (2026, Step 1)
Licensed dentists work in DOH hospitals, city and municipal health offices, and school health programs. The dentist series has seven levels:

- Hazard pay — for those in hazardous or remote assignments
- Subsistence and laundry allowance
- Longevity pay with years of service
- PERA (₱2,000/month), plus the mid-year and year-end bonuses and the ₱5,000 cash gift
