Classroom teaching line:
- Teacher I (SG 11) — entry, ₱31,705/month at Step 1 in 2026
- Teacher II (SG 12) · Teacher III (SG 13) · Teacher IV (SG 14)
- Teacher V (SG 15) · Teacher VI (SG 16) · Teacher VII (SG 17)
- Master Teacher I (SG 18) · II (SG 19) · III (SG 20) · IV (SG 21) · V (SG 22) — ₱81,796/month at Step 1 in 2026
School administration line:
- School Principal I (SG 19) · II (SG 20) · III (SG 21) · IV (SG 22)
Teachers choose between the two lines once they reach Master Teacher I. Head Teacher and Assistant School Principal positions are being retitled into this system.
