- Elementary level: BEEd/BSEEd graduates.
- Secondary level: BSEd (or equivalent) with a major and minor, or a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences with at least 18 units of Professional Education.

Each board publishes a "List of Requirements" on prc.gov.ph; this checklist copies those lists, plus the two steps every application shares under PRC's 2026 Citizen's Charter — the LERIS application form and a ₱50 documentary stamp per copy.
PRC can ask for other documents it reasonably needs, so check your board's current list before you file.

How do I apply for a PRC licensure exam?
Create a LERIS account at online.prc.gov.ph, fill in the application and choose a payment channel. Then submit the system-generated form and your documents at the PRC regional office or service centre within the filing window, and receive your Notice of Admission.
Which documents do all boards ask for?
Almost every board's list starts with a PSA birth certificate, a PSA marriage contract for married female applicants, and a transcript of records with a scanned picture and the remark "For Board Examination Purposes". Some boards add an NBI clearance, good moral certificates, a diploma or proof of practicum — pick your exam above.
Do repeaters submit everything again?
It depends on the board. For example, Civil and Mechanical Engineering repeaters submit a shorter list (marriage contract if applicable, NBI clearance, and good moral certificates for CE), while nursing lists no extra documents for repeaters. The checklist switches when you tick "I'm a repeater".
Is my checklist saved?
Yes, in your browser only. Nothing leaves your device, and clearing site data resets it.
What do I do after I pass?
Register online for your professional ID and certificate of registration (₱1,050 for degree-level professions, ₱870 for non-degree), then take your oath. PRC now asks only for a screenshot of your system-generated registration form and a valid government ID.
