Study Plan Generator

Pick your exam, set your exam date, and choose how many hours a day you can commit. The generator returns a three-phase Foundation / Practice / Revision plan sized to your available weeks.

13 weeks until exam day.

Total review budget

273 hours

13 weeks × 7 days × 3 hours. About 68 hours per UPCAT subject across 4 subjects.

Phase 1 — Foundation

3 weeks · 3h/day

Cover the UPCAT syllabus end-to-end. Build the concept map for each subject before moving to drill.

  • Read through all 4 subjects once
  • Make chapter-level summary notes + flashcards
  • Solve 5–10 warm-up questions per topic
  • Take a diagnostic mock at the end of Phase 1

Phase 2 — Practice

7 weeks · 4h/day

Intensive problem-solving. Mocks every 1–2 weeks. Drill whichever subject your last mock shows as weakest.

  • Full-length mock every 2 weeks (scale to weekly in the second half)
  • Per-subject drill — 45-min blocks on 2 subjects daily
  • Review wrong answers the same day, not next day
  • Focus Phase 2 time on your weakest 2 subjects

Phase 3 — Revision

3 weeks · 3h/day

Retrieval + exam-day readiness. No new material. Flashcards daily + one full-length mock per weekend.

  • Flashcard deck review — every topic, every day
  • One full-length mock per weekend in exam conditions
  • Sleep + exam-day logistics check in the final week
  • Light review only the week of exam day

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the plan structured?

Three phases — Foundation (cover the syllabus), Practice (mocks + weak-area drill), and Revision (retrieval + exam-day readiness). Phase lengths scale with the weeks you have: short cycles compress Foundation; long cycles give more space to Revision.

No — it's a planning template, not an exam authority's schedule. Treat it as a week-by-week skeleton. Adjust based on your mock results, work schedule, and the specific subjects your chosen exam tests.

Pick a tentative date based on past cycle schedules (most PH boards run bi-annually in March and August or September). Once the actual date is announced, update the plan.

Pick the exam with the nearest date for the primary plan. If you're studying for two in the same year, run this tool twice and overlay the plans — expect your daily hours to double where they overlap.
