Where do the default dates come from?
Most PH board and entrance exams publish date windows rather than specific dates 6+ months out. The default date for each exam is a mid-window estimate based on the last three cycles. Override it the moment the official date is announced at prc.gov.ph, csc.gov.ph, or the exam authority's website.
Does this account for my timezone?
Yes — the countdown is relative to your device's local time. For PH exams, set the date in Asia/Manila time (UTC+8) and your countdown will be accurate regardless of where you are.
What should I do in the final 30 days?
Stop adding new material. Focus on retrieval — flashcards daily, one full-length mock per weekend, and reviewing wrong answers from previous mocks. In the final week, lighten the load and prioritise sleep.
Why is there no countdown for some exams?
If the exam hasn't confirmed a 2026 date yet, we show the default window. For NMAT, Bar, and specialty PRC exams not in Tier 1, use the Exam catalogue page to find the schedule.
