PRC charges one fee to apply for the exam: ₱900 for degree-level exams, ₱600 for non-degree exams and ₱450 for a removal or conditioned exam. After you pass, initial registration costs ₱1,050 (degree) or ₱870 (non-degree) and covers your ID and certificate of registration.
The documentary stamp is ₱50 per copy of your application. Fees can change — check PRC's list of requirements for your board before you pay.

How much is the PRC licensure exam fee?
One application fee covers the exam: ₱900 for degree-level exams (teachers, nurses, engineers, criminologists, CPAs and most others) and ₱600 for non-degree exams such as midwives and electronics technicians. A removal or conditioned exam is ₱450. Dentists pay ₱1,300.
Is there a separate oath-taking or PRC ID fee?
No. After you pass, you pay one initial registration fee — ₱1,050 (degree) or ₱870 (non-degree) — which covers your professional ID and certificate of registration. PRC's Citizen's Charter lists no fee for special oath-taking.
How do I pay and apply?
Apply online through PRC's LERIS system (online.prc.gov.ph), choose a payment channel, then submit the system-generated form and your documents at the regional office or service centre within the filing window.
Do repeaters pay the full fee again?
Yes — each sitting needs a new application and fee. The lower ₱450 applies only to a removal or conditioned exam where the board's law allows one (for example CPA, ECE, REE and Geodetic Engineering).
What other costs should I budget for?
The documents PRC asks for come from other agencies with their own fees — for example your PSA birth certificate, your transcript of records, and an NBI clearance for boards that require one. The application also needs a ₱50 documentary stamp per copy.
