2026 base pay is from DBM National Budget Circular No. 600, which implements the first of three increases under EO 107, s. 2025 (about 5% in 2026, 4.75% in 2027 and 4.55% in 2028). The 2027 and 2028 columns come from the EO itself; DBM issues a circular for each year.
Base pay is before the ₱350-a-day subsistence allowance and other allowances, and before deductions. Rank names follow RA 11200.

How much does a PNP Patrolman earn in 2026?
₱31,151 a month in base pay, up from ₱29,668, under EO 107 (s. 2025). It rises to ₱32,634 on 1 January 2027 and ₱34,119 on 1 January 2028. On top of base pay, all uniformed personnel get a ₱350-a-day subsistence allowance from 2026.
Is PNP pay based on salary grades?
No. Police, soldiers, firefighters and jail officers are paid on a separate uniformed-personnel base pay schedule, not the civilian Salary Grade table. The PNP and AFP share the same schedule, so equivalent ranks earn the same base pay.
How do I enter the PNP?
Most recruits enter as Patrolman/Patrolwoman after passing the NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Exam (70% passing mark, bachelor's degree, 21–30 years old on exam day) and meeting PNP recruitment requirements such as the height standard. Graduates of the Philippine National Police Academy are commissioned as Police Lieutenants.
Why don't I see PO1 or SPO ranks?
RA 11200 (2019) renamed them: PO1 became Patrolman/Patrolwoman, PO2 Police Corporal, PO3 Police Staff Sergeant, SPO1–SPO4 Police Master, Senior Master, Chief Master and Executive Master Sergeant, and Inspector became Police Lieutenant.
