- Online through PSA's official request channels, with delivery
- In person at PSA outlets
- Check psa.gov.ph for current fees and processing times
Note:
- The local civil registrar's copy is different — government agencies usually ask for the PSA copy
- A newly registered marriage takes time to reach the PSA database
- For use abroad, get a DFA apostille
