1. Pass the PRC board exam
2. Complete initial registration and pay the fee
3. Take your oath
4. Receive your certificate and PRC ID
How to keep it:
- Renew your PRC ID every 3 years
- Meet your profession's CPD requirement under PRC's current rules
What it means for you:
- You can't legally practice a regulated profession without it
- Passing the board also counts as civil service eligibility under RA 1080
- You can hold licenses in more than one profession
