The official numbers
From PRC's results releases (passers ÷ examinees):

The rate swings a lot between sittings, so don't count on the higher number.
Why people fall short
You pass with a 75% general weighted average and no subject below 50% (RA 10918, Sec. 17). Across six subjects, one weak paper can undo a good average, and the law content (examined with Pharmaceutics) takes pure memorization.
Habits worth copying
These are common-sense patterns, not PRC statistics:
- Keep every subject well above 50% before chasing a high average.
- Use flashcards for drug classes, laws and compendial standards.
- Practice pharmaceutical calculations until they're routine.
- Take several full two-day practice exams.
