MLE Mock Test Strategy
The MLE is five subjects over two days, two hours each. Day 1 is Obstetrics, Fundamentals of Health Care, and Infant Care and Feeding. Day 2 is Primary Health Care, and Professional Growth and Development. Your practice tests should follow the same shape.

Running a full-length mock
Split it over two days like the real exam: three two-hour papers on day one (with breaks between them), two on day two. Start at 8:00 a.m. so your focus peaks at the same time it will on exam day. The free mock test timer keeps each paper to two hours.
Pacing
PRC doesn't publish item counts per subject. After your first mock, divide 120 minutes by the number of items on your paper to get your per-item budget, and leave 10 minutes at the end of each paper to check your answer sheet.
What to do with each mock
Within 24 hours:
- Score each subject separately
- Check both rules: 75% general rating and no subject below 50%
- Sort every wrong answer by topic
- Put the two weakest topics into next week's plan
