PMA (Philippine Military Academy) is the AFP officer training academy located in Baguio. Cadets complete 4-year programme + earn Bachelor's degree + commission as 2nd Lieutenant.
Entry:
- Pass PMAEE (PMA Entrance Exam)
- Age 17-22
- Single (no marriage, no children during cadetship)
- Physically + mentally fit
- High school graduate
Programme:
- 4 years intensive military + academic training
- Free tuition + room + board + stipend
- Commission as 2nd Lt upon graduation
- 10-year service obligation
