The 2026 PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) is on 25 October 2026. Build each full practice test from reviewer books or question sets covering every area, and run it timed in one sitting.
Scoring yourself honestly
- Stop when your timer ends.
- Mark strictly against the answer key and record a score for each area.
- Track your blanks — lots of blanks usually means a pacing problem. On the day, follow the test instructions on answering.
After each test
Within 24 hours, tag every wrong answer by topic and note why you missed it. The next week, give about half your study time to your weakest area.
Train for what comes after
The written test is only the first stage. Passers go on to psychological, medical and physical tests and interviews, and applicants need a normal BMI. Keep up regular running and bodyweight training while you study.
Rehearse test day
Match your final practice test to the real day: the start time on your permit, only the materials you'll be allowed, no phone, and a planned trip to your testing centre.
