CEU Entrance Exam: What It Is and What to Prepare

Centro Escolar University admits first-year students on a rolling basis. The name "CEUET" is widely used online, but it isn't CEU's own name for the test. This overview sums up what's known. The CEU pillar guide has the full plan.

What CEU publishes

• Rolling admission through its online admissions portal. For SY 2026–27, admission opened on 1 August 2025 and entrance examinations ran until 14 July 2026.
• First-year requirements: Form 138 / Grade 12 report card (or PEPT/ALS result), good moral certificate, birth certificate and a 2x2 photo.
• Programme-specific tests for some programmes, including Dentistry, Pharmacy (PharmD), Medicine and Law.

What CEU doesn't publish

• An official breakdown of the entrance exam — sections, item count or duration
• The fee, applicant numbers, admission rates or programme cutoffs

Figures like "150 items in 3 hours" or "35% admission rate" are guesses.

What to prepare

Cover the core college-readiness areas: English, mathematics, science and reasoning. If you're applying for a health programme, give biology and chemistry extra time, and check whether your programme has its own admission test.
