Four to six months. PNPA admits around 130 cadets a year from 15,000+ takers — academic prep is half the battle, with PFT, medical, and psychiatric screening also required.
PNPA hasn't yet posted the 2026 schedule. Historically the exam runs in November (2025 sitting was Nov 8-9 across 37 testing centres). Watch pnpa.edu.ph and PNPA's official Facebook for the advisory.
It's structured differently. PNPACAT is a cadet admission test — it adds Filipino, leans more on Math and Science, and competes on rank order. NAPOLCOM PNPE is a pass/fail eligibility exam.
