Pricing, exams, refunds, parents, pilots — straight answers, no run-around.
What Super Tutor is, what we cover, and how to get started
It's an AI review app built specifically for Philippine exams — Civil Service, UPCAT, the major CETs, LET, NLE, and 20+ other licensure and entrance tests. Think of it as your daily practice partner, minus the classroom.
28 tracks at launch. The Civil Service line (Pro and Sub), uniformed-services tests like NAPOLCOM, AFPSAT, PMA, PNPA, BFP and BJMP, all the big CETs (UPCAT, ACET, DLSUCET, USTET, PUPCET, FEUCAT, CEUET, MSU-SASE), the DOST-SEI scholarship exam, plus PRC boards from LET to NLE, CPALE, the engineering boards, Midwifery and Pharmacy.
Yes — phone, tablet, or laptop. Most of our reviewers do their drills on the way to school or during shift breaks. The progress syncs, so you can pick up where you left off on a different device.
Yep. You get a daily practice limit, basic AI explanations, and a starter mock test on the free tier. No card needed to try it.
Focused (one exam) starts at ₱49/week. Monthly is ₱249, and the yearly plan works out to under ₱5 a day at ₱1,999. You can change plans whenever.
For self-paced reviewers, yes — and you'll save 75–90% versus a typical centre fee. Plenty of learners still pair it with a centre for extra mock practice. Whatever fits your routine.
Treat them as a reference, not gospel. CSC, PRC, UP, and individual schools sometimes shift their schedules. Always double-check on the official site before locking anything in.
How we charge, when we refund, and what happens when you switch plans
GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and bank-to-bank — all routed through PH-licensed gateways. Institutions can pay against an invoice via bank transfer if that's easier for procurement.
It will, at the same price you signed up for. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no fees, no awkward calls. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans all behave the same way.
Sure. Upgrading to a longer cycle (weekly to monthly, monthly to yearly, etc.) kicks in right away and we prorate what you've already paid. Downgrades just take effect at your next renewal.
Weekly plans aren't refundable — too short to be fair on either side. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans can be refunded within 7 days if you've used less than 10% of your access. Email support@supertutor.ph and we'll sort it.
Yes, all consumer prices on the site already include Philippine VAT. Institutional quotes are quoted net of VAT and we issue a registered receipt.
Of course. Pay with your own card or e-wallet, drop in the learner's email at checkout, and the access activates on their account immediately. Common with parents and ninongs/ninangs.
Institutional licences (10 seats and up) have tier pricing — head to /for-institutions/ to talk to sales. For solo reviewers, the yearly Focused plan is the cheapest per-day option, around ₱5 a day.
iOS, Android, offline use, and how data syncs between devices
Yes — native iOS and Android. Search 'Super Tutor' on the App Store or Google Play. Don't want to install anything? The mobile site works fine too.
They do. Practice history, flashcards, mock results — everything lives in your account. Start a quiz on your phone, finish it on a laptop. No re-doing.
An in-progress quiz will keep going so you can finish it offline, but pulling up new sets needs a connection. Mocks specifically need the network to load.
Roughly 10–30 MB per hour of practice — light enough for prepaid users. Mock tests pull a bit more because they load the full question bank in one go.
Nope. Reinstall, log in, and your progress is there. Your data sits in the cloud, not on the device.
It does. OFWs, PH learners studying abroad, kids of OFW parents — they all use it. Billing works from any country too.
Paying for a learner, watching progress, and the parental controls you get
Yes — and most of our parent buyers do. Use your own GCash or card, type in your child's email at checkout, and the account activates under their name. Billing stays with you if you'd rather keep an eye on renewals.
Switch on weekly summary emails in account settings. You'll get topic coverage, mock scores, and study-time trends in your inbox every week. Schools and review centres get a fuller per-learner dashboard.
Not yet — the weekly email is what we ship today. A proper parent view is on the roadmap. If you'd like early access when it's ready, drop us a note at support@supertutor.ph.
One paid plan covers one track at a time, but switching is free. Common case: UPCAT first, then LET a few years later. Email support and we'll move them over without charging again.
Yes. UPCAT and CET tracks are written for Grade 11–12 reviewers; licensure tracks assume a college-graduate audience. Nothing is dumbed down, but nothing is over the heads of senior high either.
A lot of families do exactly that. The centre handles classroom lectures and Super Tutor handles daily practice and mocks. They complement each other well.
Pilots, LMS integration, institutional pricing, and rollout support
Tiered by seat count. Starter pilots from 10 seats, main plans from 50, enterprise from 500. Submit the form at /for-institutions/ and you'll get a custom quote inside two business days.
One free week, 20–50 learners, any of our 28 tracks. We provision seats, run a 30-minute onboarding, and hand back a usage analytics report at the end. No commitment to continue.
LTI and SSO ship for contracts of 100+ seats. Smaller cohorts use direct email-invite enrolment — no IT setup, students click a link and they're in.
Yes for enterprise contracts (your logo, colours, and domain). Co-branded landing pages — your logo plus ours — are available on any paid institutional plan.
Per-cohort dashboards covering study time, mock scores, weak topics, and engagement trends. CSV export comes standard. API access is enterprise-only.
It is. Handling follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act, we sign DPAs on request, and learner data stays in-region unless your institution explicitly says otherwise.
Pilots go live within 48 hours of a signed contract. A full rollout with LMS integration usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on your IT side.
The fastest way to know if this fits your exam is fifteen minutes of real practice. No card, no commitment.
