Common questions about preparing for this exam
Three to four months. MLE covers antenatal through community midwifery — pace your prep so antenatal and labour & delivery (the two highest-yield domains) get more weekly hours than the supporting topics.
PRC requires a general weighted average of 75%. The MLE doesn't have the strict per-subject floor of LET or PNLE, but consistency across all domains still matters for a confident pass.
PRC scheduled the November 2026 sitting for November 7. Application opens through online.prc.gov.ph six to eight weeks ahead. The April 2026 sitting has already passed.
