Manufacturing, power, building services and more. PRC IDs are renewed every three years, and renewal requires continuing professional development (CPD) credits under RA 10912.
About the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Exam
- Three days, paper-based, one subject a day: Power Plant Engineering (35%), Mathematics (35%) and Machine Design, Materials and Shop Practice (30%).
- You pass with a 70% average and no subject below 50%. The fee is ₱900.
- PRC held the 2026 exams on 11–13 February and 7–9 August (August: 36.95% passed). The next is expected around February 2027 — PRC has not yet published its 2027 exam schedule.
