Step-by-step path

    Earn your BSCE

    Math, mechanics, structures, hydraulics, geotechnical and transportation engineering.

  2. 2

    Pass the CELE

    Three subjects over two days; PRC has held it twice a year.

    Register with PRC

    Complete your registration and oath-taking.

    Find your specialty

    Government infrastructure, construction, design consultancies or developers. PRC IDs are renewed every three years, and renewal requires continuing professional development (CPD) credits under RA 10912.

About the Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE)

  • Two days, paper-based, three subjects: Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (35%); Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Transportation and Highway Engineering and Construction Management (35%); Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering (30%).
  • You pass with a 70% weighted average and no subject below 50%. The fee is ₱900.
  • PRC's 2026 schedule has the CELE on 26–27 March and 26–27 September 2026 (September results targeted for 2 October). The March 2026 passing rate was 35.05%.
