How to get one:
- Go to your barangay hall with a valid ID and proof of residence
- Pay the barangay's fee (set by local ordinance)
- It's often released the same day
What it means for you:
- It's usually quicker to get than an NBI clearance, and many applications ask for both
- Get a new one from your new barangay after you move
