Who can take it
BS Medical Technology graduate from a CHED-recognized program, with a completed internship. A 12-month refresher is required after 3 failures.

- 75% general average, no major subject below 50%, and not failing 60% or more of the subjects by weight
- 70–74% rating
- Qualifies you to register as a Medical Laboratory Technician
