The Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) is the PRC board exam for civil engineers in the Philippines.
What CELE tests

- Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering
- Structural Engineering and Construction
Each subject runs 5 hours, ~50-60 problem-solving items.

- No subject below 50
