CELE Civil Engineering Board Exam: Format and Subjects
The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE) is the PRC board exam for civil engineers in the Philippines. It's paper-based, runs over two days, and is held twice a year.
The three subjects

Older reviewers call these SEC, MSTE and HGE. The 2026 PRC programs use the titles above, and construction management now sits in the Day 2 math subject.
Passing rule
- Weighted average of at least 70%, and
- No subject below 50%.
Fee
The PRC exam fee is ₱900.
