For most candidates with bachelor's degrees, take the Pro — it covers everything Sub-Pro does plus second-level positions.

For candidates without bachelor's degrees who specifically need first-level eligibility, Sub-Pro is the appropriate choice.

CSE Sub-Pro pass rate

National pass rate ~30-35% — slightly higher than Pro (25-30%) because the Clerical block is more predictable.
