The Challenge
Picture a senior high school whose 240 graduating students are applying to several colleges at once — UPCAT, USTET, the DLSU DCAT, ACET and state university tests. The guidance office wants to support all of them without running a separate review for each test, when most of the content overlaps.
Counselors also have no easy way to see which students have started reviewing and which haven't until application season is almost over.
How the Rollout Could Work
The school joins as a Super Tutor partner and students sign up through its partner link, each choosing the entrance test they're aiming for. The college entrance reviewers share one core syllabus — English, reading, mathematics, science and reasoning — so one routine fits most students, and UPCAT students also take full UPCAT mock exams.
Students follow a 12-week plan built in the study planner, timed against their application deadlines. Every two weeks the counselors check the partner dashboard for students who haven't been active and bring them into short check-in sessions.

Chapters and quizzes completed
Each student's chapters studied and quizzes taken, from their student report.
Quiz scores by subject
Where each student is strong or weak across English, math, science and reasoning, from subject insights.
Applications and admissions
Which colleges students applied to and were admitted by — tracked by the school, not by Super Tutor.
Things to Plan For
Launch the plan early enough to finish before the first entrance test date students are aiming for.
Give every student their own account so progress stays with the student.
Use the dashboard to find students who haven't started, not to rank students.
Confirm each test's official dates on the school's admissions site; they change every year.
