Four subjects over two days, 70% needed in each.

Register with PRC
You become a registered Electronics Engineer (ECE).

Choose your industry
Telecommunications, semiconductors, broadcasting and more. PRC IDs are renewed every three years, and renewal requires continuing professional development (CPD) credits under RA 10912.
About the Electronics Engineer Licensure Exam
- Two days, paper-based, four subjects: Mathematics (20%), General Engineering and Applied Sciences (20%), Electronics Engineering (30%) and Electronic Systems and Technologies (30%).
- You must score at least 70% in each subject. The fee is ₱900.
- PRC's 2026 schedule has the ECE exam on 17–18 October 2026, with the Electronics Technician exam on 19 October (results targeted for 23 October).
