Under RA 1080, passing any PRC board exam (including LET) automatically grants CSC eligibility. So:

  • Pass LET → automatically CSC eligible
  • You don't need to take CSE Pro separately if LET passed
  • Apply for "RA 1080 Eligibility Certificate" from CSC

When you'd still take CSE Pro

  • You're NOT pursuing teaching career (other government work)
  • You want eligibility BEFORE finishing teaching degree
